We’ve republished our own case studies and eBooks and removed any WP Buffs branding from them. That means you can use them as lead magnets on your own website to attract new email subscribers and clients.
- You can download the case studies and eBooks themselves by clicking the images below.
- You can also right click and save the images themselves to use for your own marketing.
- You can use your favorite email collection plugin to capture email addresses. Use these eBooks to make your opt-in more attractive.
- Create a separate page on your website with free eBooks and try to drive traffic there. Everybody loves something free!
- You can also add these eBooks to other pages or blog posts on your website. Wherever you think they’ll convert best.
- Share these eBooks with your current clients to help convince them why our ongoing maintenance plans are so important.

Pricing Table
Clients want to know exactly what they will and won’t get from your maintenance packages. The information in your marketing and on your website should be crystal clear about all the awesome benefits you intend to provide.
Use our Care Plan table on our pricing page as a guide when creating your care plans, to show your clients what is and isn’t included in your packages. We recommend customising your care plan names and changing content so that it’s not exactly the same as ours. That way, Google will like us both better.

Bundling Services
Bundle services together when creating care plans to sell – for example, if you’re an agency that also offers SEO, you might add that into your care plan to make an SEO & WordPress Maintenance combo – this allows you to further mark up your care plans to a price that makes sense and outsource the WordPress work to us! Easy!

When selling your maintenance services, it’s important to think about how to promote each package according to its unique offerings.
Here’s a basic rundown of how each individual plan shines.
Maintain
- Great for simple marketing style websites that don’t change very often. (Backed up once a day, doesn’t include 24/7 edits).
- Contains updates even the smallest websites need to run effectively, including plugin, theme and WordPress Core updates, tested weekly!
- Daily security scanning.
Protect
- Great for blogs or sites with content that changes more often. (Backed up two times daily).
- Focus on a fully-tailored security experience, including configuration of iThemes Security Pro.
- Highlight the 24/7 unlimited edits clause in your table – that’s a winner for clients looking for support!
Perform
- Great for larger sites or e-commerce sites with a lot of moving pieces. (This is the plan for eCommerce, membership & multilingual websites).
- Focus on all of the above, plus speed optimizations that make their site lightning-fast. We aim for a page load time of 2 seconds or under!
- Mobile and tablet optimization is also included
