WP Buffs is the very best 24/7 technical support partner for any individual, business or organization with a WordPress website. Building strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers is our highest priority. We're looking to add driven people to our team who are obsessed with making customers and partners happy, being a core member of an ambitious team and a creating a digital world filled with magnificent WordPress websites. If this sounds like you, read on!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to sign up new customers and white-label partners and hand off new deals to our customer success team.

You don't need to have 20 years of sales experience for this role. But you do need to have proven experience being strong on video calls and understanding/solving challenges for WordPress users, agencies and freelancers.


You also need to love solving complex people challenges to help new potential customers get the absolute most out of their work here.


What's most important is a love matching good candidates with the right care plan/program that will solve their biggest pain points.


Required experience


  • 1+ years remote working experience
  • 1+ year(s) WordPress community experience
  • Available to take sales calls during working hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM) in Europe
  • Basic sales experience (or working to solve WordPress problems for potential customers, clients, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal and empathetic character
  • Solid understanding of pain points of remote workers.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication

If you're confident in your sales skills and can hold your own, you'll fit well into our already talented team!

As an inbound sales representative, you are NOT responsible for any outbound sales activity (cold calls, cold emails, list generation, etc).


You ARE fully responsible for achieving the following outcomes.


  1. Go through short training to fully understand WP Buffs care plans, white-label programs and how to fit them with specific leads.
  2. Host Zoom sales calls with potential inbound customers and white-label partners.
  3. Use combination of sales calls and email communication to close new deals.
  4. Continue to improve sales performance month-over-month as far as number of new deals generated and MRR generated from new sales.
  5. Be an active participant in the company culture by being present and communicating with the team in Slack.

Salary for this position is negotiable and completely dependent on your experience, location, technical skills, how well you can help us tackle the outcomes for this position and the competencies you can display as a member of this team. This is something we're happy to discuss once you've gotten further along in the application process.


WP Buffs is a revenue-funded business, meaning we have to be selective with our spending. We cannot afford exorbitant salaries like massive, funded companies can.
